PORTS

21 ports in Stockholm, Åland and Åboland archipelago receive EU support.

Central Baltic has decided to support the development of 21 small ports in the archipelago of Stockholm, Åland and Åland by SEK 30 million. Värmdö, Österåkers and Norrtälje municipality and the county administrative board and county council are responsible for co-financing in Sweden.

In total, Seastop will invest SEK 40 million in the 21 ports. This in turn attracts more people to visit the islands, which increases the revenue for local businesses in the archipelago.

Stockholm Archipelago

Harö

Harö Livs is located north of Sandhamn, south of Möja - quite in between. You can reach us with both the Cinderella and Vaxholm-ferris. You will find the store inside the bay, on the small island of Gummerholmen at Harö's northeastern most part. To get to us you need your own boat or you can use the local archipelago taxi service.

Husarö

You will find Husarö where the outer archipelago opens, becomes more barren and even more magnificent. Husarö, which is located in Österåker municipality, is approximately 2.5 km long. On foot you can go on exploring the island. The western part of the island is largely undeveloped, while the eastern part is more built-up. Cultural landscape with meadows and trees, which shift during the walk to beautiful pine forests and smooth cliffs. The buildings rarely extend down to the beaches, unlike many other “overbuilt” islands in the archipelago.

Ingmarsö

Ingmarsö Guest Harbor is centrally located on the island's southern side. Here you can find all the services a guest harbor should have, fresh water, shore power, sauna, shower, toilets and boat emptying station. Nearby is the Waxholmbridge, the shop, the pub and the bakery booth. There are boat yards next to the guest harbor. Ingmarsö has a genuine archipelago environment and offers excursions in a beautiful agricultural landscape.

Nässlingen

This is the summer paradise with a sunset that never gets boring. On the island, there are piers, restaurant, hotels and cottages.
